Problem :

The HR team needed a dedicated internal system to create and manage employee surveys in a structured and consistent way.

There was no clear, centralized tool designed specifically to support their survey workflows, including question creation, organization, and reuse across different survey cycles..

This created a gap where surveys could not be managed efficiently or scaled reliably, highlighting the need for a purpose-built internal survey platform that supports both administration and employee participation.

Solution :

I designed a centralized internal survey system from scratch that supports the full survey workflow for both HR teams and employees.

The solution provides a clear, step-by-step experience for HR to create, manage, and reuse surveys with all required question types and configurations, while maintaining structure and consistency across survey cycles.

In parallel, I designed a simple and intuitive survey experience for employees, making it easy to understand questions and complete surveys with minimal friction.

Challenge :

The challenge was to simplify survey creation for non-technical HR users, while ensuring a clear and effortless experience for employees completing surveys.

Summary :

This project focused on designing an internal survey system from scratch to support both HR teams and employees.
